About the Wood:

Danta Wood, also known as Fanta or Kotibe, is a hardwood species native to West Africa. Here are some of its key traits:

  • Appearance: Rich, deep color with red and brown tones, similar to African Mahogany. Danta wood is not photosensitive, meaning its color remains deep and rich over time rather than darkening. It features a natural luster and a mostly straight grain, with occasional swirls and contrasting growth rings.

  • Durability: With a Janka hardness rating of around 2100, Danta Wood is dense and hard, making it suitable for various household applications. Its natural color helps camouflage scratches, maintaining its aesthetic appeal.

  • Stability: This wood is structurally stable and durable, making it an excellent choice for high-end applications.
